COVID-19 UPDATE


As the Coronavirus situation escalates and after the government last night issued stricter advice and measures in how to tackle the virus, we would like to update you on our position.

Our staff

All our customer Sales and support staff have been working from home since Wednesday March 18th. This will remain in place for at least, the duration of the three (3) weeks that the Prime Minister has imposed these stricter controls on the Country.

Our phone lines and emails are still open, and our staff will assist wherever possible with your orders and enquiries.

Our Stores

The protection and welfare of our staff, maintaining our normal levels of customer service and on-going business is a priority so our warehouse will continue to work as normal.

Our courier partner FedEx are still collecting, however please be aware that during this time they will be experiencing a high demand, so, orders dispatched may take longer to arrive than normal.

All staff who are still working at Firesense’s office have been made aware of the social distancing recommendations from the government and follow the strict guidelines around personal hygiene issued by Public Health England.

We have measures in place to facilitate no contact collections. We would stress that this is only to be used for emergency orders and customers are to contact the office first before this can be accepted.

Understanding one another

Considering this new advice from the Government, we understand there will be even more challenges and disruption. Please be aware that our staff are doing the best for you and the business and potentially putting themselves at risk of possible infection.

We will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome but ask you to adhere to the contents of this Email.
